    Industrial Arts includes six sections in an 18-week course:

    Shop Safety

    Job Exploration
     
    Measuring
     
    Mechanical Drawing

    Wood Working

    Small Engines

    Each instructional unit includes skill objectives, activities for students, visual aids, and tests. Units are planned for more than one lesson or class period of instruction.

    Objectives:  Each student shall perform various tasks. These tasks will give the student a broad base of knowledge in a diverse and technical industry.

     

    Computer-Aided Drafting

    Computer-Aided Drafting includes seven sections in an 18-week course:

    Job Exploration
     
    Creating Objects

    Editing Objects

    Using Layers and Colors

    Using Line Types

    Adding Text

    Dimensioning

    Each instructional unit includes objectives, activities for students, and tests. Units are planned for more than one lesson or class period of instruction.

    Objectives:  Each student shall perform various tasks. These tasks will enable the student to successfully perform in an entry-level course at an institute of higher learning.

     

    Woodworking

    Woodworking includes six sections in an 18-week course:

    Create a Bill-of-Materials

    Auto mechanics includes eight sections in an 18-week course:

    Each instructional unit includes behavioral objectives, suggested activities for teacher and students, information sheet, assignment sheets and job sheets, visual aids, tests, and answers to the test. Units are planned for more than one lesson or class period of instruction.

    Welding includes six sections in a 36-week course:

    Oxy-Acetylene Welding

    Arc Welding

    Symbols and Print Reading
